Speaking-Observation-Discussion Class

  1. Implementation focus: Teachers take the courses and teaching models as the theme, allowed interested teachers to observe the lessons, and teachers can develop professional conversations and discuss teaching optimization strategies, and then introduce subsequent classroom teaching.
  2. Classroom observation access granting application schedule: From today~11/30/2021.
  3. Classroom observation participation application schedule: The online Classroom Observation Form shall be filled out five days before the classroom observation date.

MOE Teaching Implementation Research Plan

  1. Implementation focus: Refers to the process of the teacher proposing questions from the teaching scene or literature data in order to improve teaching quality and promote the learning effectiveness of university and college students. Through course design, teaching materials and methods, the introduction of teaching aids, the use of technology media, and other methods, appropriate research methods and assessment tools are adopted to verify effectiveness.
  2. MOE solicitation period: around November 20~December 20 every year.
  1. The subsidy limit for each case is NT$500,000.
  2. The MOE “Teaching Implementation Research Plan” investigator (excluding the co-investigator) approved by the Ministry of Education shall be awarded NT$8,000 bonus every month during the plan implementation period. In addition, those selected as the “outstanding performance plan” will be awarded NT$8,000 bonus every month for a period of one year.
  3. Applicants not approved by the MOE may apply for the school pilot plan. The upper subsidy limit for each case is NT$250,000. In principle, the minimum subsidies for plans approved by the MOE in the current year shall not be exceeded.
  4. Up to 4 flexible salary points shall be awarded for implementing the MOE Teaching Implementation Research Plan; those receiving school subsidies may apply for up to 2 flexible salary points in the next school year.
