Online Transcript Application System

Submit the application online and pay the required fees. The academic affairs office of each NTUT division will print and send out the transcript accordingly.

Application in Person

Apply at the automated payment machine at the Office of Academic Affairs during the office hours of NTUT for semester transcript, transcript of all semesters, class ranking statement, and English transcript. Documents can be ready for pickup immediately.

Application by Post

Fill out the Certificate Application Form, enclose a postal money order payable to National Taipei University of Technology (or stamps of equivalent value), postage paid return envelope, and mail to the Office of the Registrar.
