Grades

Notification of Grades

A.

Transcripts are sent to undergraduate students at the end of each semester at NTUT. Foreign students need to pick up their transcripts at the department office.

B.

NTUT will no longer send semester transcripts to graduate students from the second semester of Academic Year 2019, and starting from the first semester of the 2020 academic year, it will no longer send semester transcripts to undergraduate students. Please visit the campus portal to look up academic grades.

C.

Students may apply with the Office of the Registrar to recheck their grades in question within one week after receiving the transcripts. One student may only apply for recheck once.

D.

If any score is delayed for the semester, students will have access to look up the results after the computation of semester grades on Jan. 22, 2025 (fall semester) or July 2, 2025 (spring semester).

E.

If any score is still missing (such as for intercollegiate courses), the average semester grade will be recalculated after all scores are submitted. Do not panic if you see any unusual average semester grade or number of credits earned. These circumstances are temporary. The semester grades shall be based on the transcripts sent by the Office of Academic Affairs.

F.

Ranking process will be delayed because some scores of the intercollegiate courses are not submitted. Please remain patient.

Timeline

Last Day to Submit Scores of the Semester: Jan. 20, 2025 (fall semester) or June 30, 2025 (spring semester).
