Subject to the NTUT Academic Rules: “Each student shall pay the fees and register for the courses according to the timeline specified by the University, and complete the registration processes. Failure to complete the registration processes on time and apply for suspension of study will results in expulsion.” The important actions to be taken in the registration processes are to pay the tuition and miscellaneous fees, and register for the courses.
Please follow the published schedules to avoid any undesired results.

First payment phase of tuition and fees, including deferred graduation.

Feb. 12, 2026
|
Last day for graduate students of Fall 2025 to complete exit procedures. (Those who failed to complete the procedures would be regarded as deferred graduation and would need to pay for the tuition fees of Spr 2026).

Feb. 05 to Feb. 13, 2026
|
Application for student loan(for citizen). (ext. 1205)

Feb. 23 (9 a.m.) to
Mar. 9 (5 p.m.), 2026
|
ADD/DROP of courses, credit transfer/waiver after the semester begins. (For graduating undergraduates or students applied for delayed graduation, the start date will be Feb. 20 (9 a.m.))
