1. Online Graduation Application

(1) Applicant(s): Current undergraduate students who are eligible to graduate.

(2) The Graduation Procedures System will be open from June 27, 2022, please fill in your personal information and submit the application for graduation. Access to the system:

Log in to the Taipei Tech Portal > Applications > System of Academic Affairs > Graduation Procedures System You will receive an Approval Notification Letter generated from the Graduation Procedures System and you can collect the degree certificate from then on.

2. Collection of the Degree Certificate: Students should collect the degree certificate at school

(1) Collection Time/ Venue

a. July 11, 2022 13:00 to 16:00 and July 12, 2022 09:00 to 12:00 / Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall. (No appointment required)
b. If you are unable to collect the certificate in person on the above dates, please make an appointment on the online booking system(https://oaa.ntut.edu.tw/p/404-1008-119952.php?Lang=zh-tw)from July 4, 2022 and collect the degree certificate from July 13, 2022 onwards at the Office of Academic Affairs (located on the 2nd floor of the Administration Building).

(2) Please bring along the following documents for identification.

a. For those who collect the degree certificate in person
(a) Softcopy or hardcopy of the Approval Notification Letter generated from the Graduation Procedures System

(b) Student ID card (Student(s) whose student ID card is lost should submit the application form of reporting the lost Student ID card instead)

b. For those who authorize others to collect the degree certificate
(a) Softcopy or hardcopy of the Approval Notification Letter generated from the Graduation Procedures System
(b) The Graduate’s student ID card (Student(s) whose student ID card is lost should submit the application form of reporting the lost Student ID card instead)
(c) Authorization letter
(d) ID card of the authorized person

 

3. Notice

(1) Make sure that you have received the Approval Notification Letter generated from the Graduation Procedures System before degree certificate collection. Please make an online appointment again if you fail to receive the Approval Notification Letter or show up on time.
(2) Those who lost their student ID card(s) should submit the application form of reporting the lost Student ID card. Access to the system: Log in to the Taipei Tech Portal > Applications > System of Academic Affairs > Reporting a Lost Student ID Card System.
(3) Those who authorize others to collect the degree certificate should download the template of the Authorization letter on this web page.
(4) Graduates’ student ID cards will be converted into ordinary EasyCards after canceling the student status, which can still be used for normal consumption. However, the lost student ID card cannot be used as an EasyCard even if it is found.
(5) Those who fail to graduate in Spring Semester 2022 (including Summer Term) must complete the registration processes or apply for suspension of study before the commencement of Fall Semester 2022. Please refer to the website of the Office of Academic Affairs for registration issues.
