Announcement Details:

1.Degree Examination Schedule
(1) Application period: From the date of enrollment until December 1, 2024.
(2) Oral defense period: From approval of the application until February 2, 2025.
(3) Cancellation deadline for oral defense: Before February 2, 2025.
(4) Graduation procedure deadline: February 12, 2025.
(5) Only students who have completed both enrollment and degree examination records for the current semester may access the graduation clearance system.
Students who passed their oral defense in the previous semester (Spring 2024, 113-2) but wish to complete graduation procedures this semester (Fall 2024, 114-1) should contact the Registration Division staff of their department in advance for early processing.

2.New Policy on Thesis/Dissertation Embargo Application
According to the Degree Conferral Act, the thesis/dissertations shall be made public after approval. However, starting from the 2024 academic year (114), students who apply for thesis/dissertations embargo must submit the application before the degree examination.
During the defense, the examination committee will review and confirm whether the thesis/dissertation involves confidential information, patent matters, or is not permitted to be provided Please use the revised Application Form for Master’s/Doctoral Degree Examination (Attachments 1 & 2) and download the appropriate Evaluation Form —
“For Thesis/Dissertation Made Public after Approval”(Attachment 3) or
“For Thesis/Dissertation under Embargo Request” (Attachment 4) —
