All students require to submit course evaluation online via the “Online Course Evaluation Questionnaire System” from week 15 till week 17 of the semester. (2021/12/27~2022/1/16)

Otherwise, students will be not allowed to access the online Course Enrollment System for the next semester(2022/1/3~2022/1/14).
To protect your personal rights and privacy, this questionnaire shall be submitted anonymously. Your opinions will not affect your grade. Please feel free to answer the questions truthfully. If your instructor affects your opinions by threats, exchange of interests or other improper ways, you can apply for "Teaching Opinion Feedback".
