113 學年度第 2 學期⼤學部及五專部成績優異欲提前畢業者，請依本校學則第 49 條、第 135 條及學⽣申請提前畢業辦法第 2 條規定提出申請，說明如下：

⼀、申請對象 :

( ⼀ ) 在規定修業年限屆滿前⼀學期或⼀學年修滿所屬科、系、組、班規定應修科⽬與學分，完成本校所訂之畢業條件。

( ⼆ ) 操⾏成績每學期均在⼋⼗分以上。

( 三 ) 學業成績符合下列條件之⼀：

1. 學業總平均成績在⼋⼗分以上，且學業成績累計名次在所屬系 ( 科 ) 該年級該系 ( 科 ) 或該班學⽣數前百分之⼗五以內者；如第⼀名之名次百分⽐已超過前百分之⼗五 情形特殊者，得專案簽請核定。

2. ⽇間部⼤學部學⽣和進修部學優專班學⽣經本校研究所碩⼠班⼊學考試錄取並完成報到，取得指導教授同意書，其學業總平均成績在七⼗五分以上，且學業成績 累計名次在所屬系該年級該系或該班學⽣數前百分之三⼗以內者。

3. 外國學⽣、僑⽣、港澳⽣及陸⽣等境外學⽣因有不可抗⼒，或不可歸責於當事⼈等之特殊原因須提前返回原住居國，持有相關證明資料，其學業總平均成績達七 ⼗分以上者，得專案簽請核定。

⼆、申請及受理時間：填妥「提前畢業申請表」，送經就讀系 ( 科 ) 、班主管核章後，將申請表連同歷年成績表⾃ 114 年 5 ⽉ 26 ⽇ ( ⼀ ) ⾄ 114 年 6 ⽉ 6 ⽇ ( 五 ) 送⾄教務處進⾏ 初審，俟學期結束成績到⿑後進⾏複審，經審核通過，併同當學期授予學位名冊⼀併呈請校⻑核定後，授予應得之學位並頒發學位證書。

三、檢附申請表及辦法各１份。

Students in the University’s B.S. Program and Five-Year Program who have achieved excellent academic performance in the Spring semester of the 2025 academic year may apply for early graduation. Please follow the instructions below.

1.Applicant(s) Students of the University’s B.S. Program, Five-Year Program who satisfy the following requirements are qualified for early graduation:

(1) Completed all courses and credits required by the divisions, departments, groups and programs, and the graduation requirements set forth by the University, within one semester or one academic year prior to expiration of the year of study.

(2) Received 80 points or higher in ethics education in every semester.

(3) Satisfied one of the following criteria of academic performance:

A. Average academic scores during the study in the University is above 80 points and final rank is within 15% of the academic department (section) or of the student’s class (unless the final rank of 1st place is beyond said 15%, in which case a special approval may be requested).

B. In the event of students of the University’s B.S. Program and Learning First Program, whoever has been admitted upon the University’s master program entrance examination, completed registration, received the advisor’s written agreement, and received average academic scores above 75 points and final rank within 30% of the academic department or of the student’s class.

C. International students including foreign students, overseas Chinese students, students from Hong Kong and Macao who need to return to their home countries early due to force majeure or any special causes not attributed to the concerned party may apply for special approval, as long as they present related documentary evidence and receive average academic scores above 75 points.

2. Application and processing time Any student applying for early graduation shall complete the application form by the end of the current semester, and then submit the same to chair of the academic department (section) or director of the student’s class for the verification stamp. The application form, together with all transcripts, shall be submitted to the Academic Affairs Office for preliminary review between May. 26, 2025 (Mon) to Jun. 6, 2025 (Fri). The Academic Affairs Office shall conduct a final review after all scores are published at the end of the semester. After confirmation in the final review, academic degrees shall be conferred and diplomas awarded upon the University President’s authorization of the roster of academic degrees for the current semester.
