115年6月22日起至6月29日止。

二、申請對象與資格：

(一)學士班應屆畢業生

1.修業期間學業成績總平均排名在該班人數前三分之一或其他特殊表現經該博士班評定為成績優異。

2.提出研究計畫經認定具有研究潛力。

3.經原就讀系或本校相關系助理教授以上二人推薦。

(二)碩士班研究生

1.碩士班研究生(含在職專班)修業一學期以上，成績優異並具有研究潛力。

2.提出研究計畫經認定具有研究潛力。

3.經原就讀所（系）或本校相關所（系）助理教授以上二人推薦。

三、申請繳交文件：

1.逕修讀博士學位申請書(請至教務處/法規暨表單/表單一覽表/B1下載使用) 。

2.歷年成績單或特殊表現證明。

3.研究計畫。

4.助理教授以上二人之推薦書。(請至教務處/法規暨表單/表單一覽表/B2下載使用)

5.擬就讀博士班指定繳交之資料。

II. Eligibility and Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree

• The overall rank during the years of study is the top one-third of the class or has demonstrated outstanding academic performance acknowledged by the doctoral program.

• The proposed research is recognized as worth researching.

• Letters of recommendation provided by at least two assistant professors/associate professors/professors from the undergraduate program or other departments in NTUT.

2. Master’s  Students

• The master’s student (including those of the in-service programs) has studied in the graduate program for at least one semester and has demonstrated outstanding academic performance with potential to carry out research.

• The proposed research is recognized as worth researching.

• Letters of recommendation provided by two or more assistant professors/associate professors/professors from the student’s department or relevant to the student’s major.

III. Required Application Documents

1. Application form (the formats of the application and letter of recommendation shall be stipulated by the Office of Academic Affairs).

2. All transcripts of undergraduate study (include class ranking), or proof of special achievement.

3. Research proposal.

4. Letters of recommendation from at least two assistant professors/associate professors/professors.

5. Any other required documents for the doctoral program.
