1. In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, the on-site issuance of the Degree Certificate will be split into different sessions, each with a limit of 30 students at most. Students are required to make an online appointment before arriving at school and collecting the Degree Certificate in person. The online booking system will be open 10 days before the beginning of the issuance, until the time slots are fully booked.
2. Please choose a desired time slot at a time,and make sure that you have received the Approval Notification Letter generated from the Graduation Procedures System before degree certificate collection. Please make an online appointment again if you fail to receive the Approval Notification Letter or show up on time.
3. Collection Venue: from July 13, 2022 onwards at the Office of Academic Affairs (located on the 2nd floor of the Administration Building)
